The ClassLink Platform

ClassLink's SSO/IAM suite is a tightly integrated collection of products, each addressing a distinct layer of the institutional identity and access challenge:

LaunchPad - Single Sign-On & User Dashboard

LaunchPad provides one-click access to over 6,000 SSO-connected applications through a fully customizable portal. It supports authentication via AD, ADFS, Google, Microsoft Entra, QuickCards, and SAML, and includes enterprise-level and adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication (DUO, SMS, mobile authenticator, biometrics, and security keys). Additional capabilities include self-service AD password reset, a My Files cloud drive manager, ADA-compliant high-contrast mode (WCAG 2.0 Level AA), and support for 16 languages.

OneSync - Account Provisioning

OneSync automates the full user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning) across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Google accounts. Its interface is designed for non-programmers, enabling IT staff to manage complex provisioning workflows without custom scripting.

Roster Server - Resource Provisioning

An industry-standard certified rostering solution with more vendor partner integrations than any comparable product. Roster Server dynamically assigns resources by group, profile, course, class, or individual user, with advanced configuration options and data security features that make it a preferred choice for both institutions and their application vendors.

Analytics - Usage and Cost Insights

ClassLink Analytics delivers detailed visibility into application adoption, login activity, and cost allocation by application and organizational unit. Districts use this data to eliminate underutilized licenses, guide purchasing decisions, and demonstrate return on technology investment.

ThreatScan - Advanced Threat Detection

ThreatScan monitors high-risk events, surfaces threats in real time, and gives administrators the tools to review and respond, adding a proactive security layer to the identity management environment.

Pricing

ClassLink uses a tiered per-user pricing model. K-12 institutions are charged only for full-time students and classroom teachers. Higher education institutions are priced based on IPEDS Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) enrollment. One-time implementation costs and optional add-on features may apply.

Please refer to Attachment A: Cost Proposal (available in the contract documents) and the ClassLink Pricing Tiers tab for full detail.
